Costa Rica Single Origin Coffee
Hand-picked from the farm, straight to the cup, our Costa Rica coffee is seriously good. Coffee is serious business to Costa Ricans too, with several laws in place to protect the quality of the coffee production that comes out of the country.
Only allowing species of Arabic coffee to be grown at a federal degree, all coffee that comes out of Costa Rica is detailed, high quality and delicious.

Kenya Single Origin Coffee
Fruity, full bodied and fantastic. Sound good? Great! Our Kenyan coffee is ideal for many of the brewing methods including plunger, pour-over, stovetop, and espresso machine as this richly flavoured coffee is well suited for all.

Beans from Papua New Guinea are some of the most exciting and wildest coffee to be introduced into our Merlo Single Origins. Grown in the highlands, these coffee plants are relatives to the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee estates, sharing many of the same unique flavours.

Ethiopian Single Origin Coffee
As the birthplace of coffee, are you really surprised that this coffee is one of the worlds favourites? Ancient Ethiopian history claims that an Ethiopian goat herder first discovered coffee around 850 AD. This has since grown into the worlds 5th largest coffee-producing nation.
